Primary Eligibility:

  • Stage I bulky, and stage II-IV large cell lymphoma
  • HIV negative
  • No prior therapy
  • Not pregnant or nursing

Study Outline:

  • Outpatient treatment with dose-adjusted EPOCH
  • Patients with CD20+/L26+ lymphomas receive rituximab on day 1 of each cycle
  • Treatment repeated every 3 weeks for 6-8 courses

  • This trial will be conducted at the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD. It is open to patients who meet the eligibility requirements, regardless of where they live in the United States.
